That headline makes NO sense at all… it should say “Lose that weight, loser!”
This guy lost some weight in a way very similar to the way i did (still am).
…and here’s someone else that learned the nigh-magical secrets of losing weight and getting healthy: eating right, getting exercise and sticking to it.
