What women want February 18th, 2008
Women are not actually attracted to men. There is a vague idea of what a man is physically, and some are better than others aesthetically speaking, but the purely physical appearance of a man is almost inconsequential unless he is horribly ugly or outrageously attractive.

Women are attracted to status, money, how much a man smiles and laughs, how many friends and resources a man has, how full a man’s life is–how many “cool,” “exciting” and prestigious things he is doing or connected to.

They are interested in how other people view him–how many people want to be around him, how other people interact with him and whether their interactions convey that he is special and amazing. They want him to be extremely outgoing and aggressive, they want him to demonstrate his status over other people by dominating them in various non-violent ways.

A woman’s attraction to a man is a function of her jealousy at the thought of another woman having that man. She doesn’t care who he actually is or EXACTLY what he looks like physically, she only cares about the VALUE of the life he has constructed around himself.

A woman basically is a greedy materialistic prostitute. Although that sounds vulgar, it’s true. She trades her physical self to buy into the success a man has created for himself.

… i hate it when i read stuff on the net that i instinctually feel like i should disagree with, yet have trouble forming a good argument against. so, please feel free to do so.

For some women, yeah absolutely. Quite frankly, looking back, if I could have found a man I could have hitched my wagon to, I probably would have.

i don’t know about “typical” women, but i do know that i’ve never dated anyone who made signicantly more money than i do. and many of them made alot less and i wouldn’t call any of them prestigious. and men that smile alot and are overly confident turn me off, and not just a little. they can be drop dead gorgeous, but if they act like they rule the world, then to me, they can be the ugliest person around. so in that way, it’s true that a guy’s behavior shapes his appearance in my eyes. the first thought i remember when looking at my first love for the first time was, “god that guy has a huge nose! and i’ve never seen anyone with such bad skin!”. but he was funny and one of the smartest kids in class. and yet he knew he wasn’t mr. popularity. after a few weeks, i couldn’t keep my eyes off of him. i have dated guys with more friends than i have (that’s not hard) but if anything, i was annoyed that everywhere we went he ran into someone he knew and had to talk forever. i’m just not that social. the last guy i was attracted to, i think what got me about him was that he seemed socially awkward. he was quiet but when he would try to be outgoing, he just seemed wierd. i like wierd. and i like shy, but i’ve been attracted to people who weren’t shy also. and if by some chance, i did happen to fall in love with someone who was outgoing and prestigious, it wouldn’t be because he was outgoing and prestigious. and i certainly wouldn’t trade my physical self to be apart of the attention he gets, because i don’t really like attention. atleast not from the masses. i do crave attention from that one special person, but that’s it. and a few close friends. and if i’m ever jealous of another woamn, its because i don’t want her to feel the wonderful feeling that i feel from the light in his eyes. the light in his eyes when he looks at me.
