That’s right, I’ve finally gotten www.WorldOfNewGenesis.com!

Pull yourself together, man! April 24th, 2006

I’ve gotten the Fleshcrafting skill write-up completed and it’s located HERE. I’ll get as much of Craft: Necrotech completed as I can and post it soon.

EDIT: what i have so far for Craft:Necrotech is up. I also edited the Fleshcrafting entry a bit. Please note that the all of the current skills are on one page, listed.
..and the more content that i put on my NewGen site, the more i realize that it is in DESPERATE need of an overhaul. I just need to tear the damn thing down and start over.

Racially motivated January 8th, 2006

Just a small revamp of the links and info of the Races page of the NewGen site.

“Scott RandomName” October 9th, 2005

The Aragonian Race page has been updated with new info and re-formatted! Please feel free to check it out. Don’t forget that the racial stats are at the end!

In related news, look like the focusing mirrors/lenses that ring Drackenport would actually work!

Who misses WarCraft II? I know I do.

For those of you who can’t play all of the newest games, here’s a really good demonstration of their graphics and how they compare to each other.

…and last but not least.. the Leeroy at the end of the Universe.

Sweet Peazus! October 6th, 2005

They’re selling original D&D art! I’D KILL to have one of those pieces.

*begins rumaging around couch for loose change*

I have a new favorite Super-Hero!!
Captain Capitalism!
Today, he explores why certain words are vulgar!
‘Like, Mr. Cheney’s name is “Dick”; You can CALL him “Dick”, just don’t call him A “Dick”.’

~~~~~~~~~
I have squashed some HTML bugs in the Races pages. I have also updated the Aragonian page. I am going through the process of formatting all of the Races pages to look like the Race entries in the D&D Player’s HandBook for ease of use.
I write my name with stick covered with… October 4th, 2005
The Defiled Race page has been updated again, now with the actual Monster Class Levels!
I’m wanting some feedback on what everyone in the NewGen campaign wants for thier character’s future. Does anyone already have any plans for the characters? Anything you’d like to explore or things to accomplish?
Feel free to post comments here or use the NewGen Forum.
I promise that this next adventure won’t feel like a Shane Star Trek:TNG adventure. No, really.
Collin, i haven’t forgotten about you. Here’s a little hot Autobot action.
Post #50! October 3rd, 2005
It’s hard to believe that it has been a year since last I DMed a D&D adventure. Its strange how long AND how short in time it feels since then.
Seeing my friends around the gaming table again is almost enough to get me choked up. “Cowboy up, son, cowboy up”, i had to tell myself .
I’m fond of saying that writing is my passion in life.. this is not entirely true. Imagining and creating are what I truly desire and crave. The writing is merely the means to convey the ideas in my head to other people. If i can entertain and bring my friends closer together with this form of writing, more the better. D&D to me is almost the perfect vehicle for my imagination. I get write, draw and create characters, unravel plots and even act a part. it’s like all of the liberal arts thrown together (with a bit of gambling/dice-throwing mixed in for good measure).
I want everyone to know that there is much work to be done and that i am commited to updating the NewGen site with content as soon as i get it presentable. All i can ask is that my players bare with me as I tweak rules and refine my game as we play.
EDIT: …as promised, here is the intro page for the Defiled!
Here are a few more AWA pics!
B33j getting artsy-fartsy.
B33j in profile at breakfast.
B33j Face! (Apparently he’s been hitting the Arrakis Spice a bit hard recently)
Moloth Face! (Christ! you could show a drive-in movie on my forehead…)
…and something to cleanse your palette after seeing my head:
Some random high-beaming hottie. I don’t know who she dressed as, nor do i truly care.
New Genesis has begun! October 2nd, 2005
That’s right… the Official New Genesis Campaign has begun!
Our four widly different heroes have just returned to the metropolis of Terra from their expedition into the long abandoned mines of the Dwarves that were lost during the Darkness almost 500 years ago.
Lux, the displaced Defiled, was instrumental in the destruction of a Ghoul that threatened to eat the party alive
Tristan Bain, the Human Scout, brought his bravado and temper (not to mention his quad-iron longrifle) to bear on the horrors that still existed in the darkness.
Sulfuricsive (“Sive” for short), the young Noble Zamberian, kept the balance of the party and dispatched its enemies with both tooth and claw.
Coyotepaw GrellKiller (“Bones” for short), the Golden Gnome Spirit Shaman, did his best to keep the party together, both physically with healing magic and spiritually with peacekeeping between the uncovered Defiled and the hot-blooded Human.
Now that they have faced some of the ancient horrors that lie beneath the surface of the world, where will their paths take them?
Only time will tell.
…and the next time you see a squamous horror from beyond space and time, get the FUCK OUTTA THERE.
Preferably on one of these.
ZOrbit Gum September 10th, 2005
Minor update to the Zamberian Racial Class page. I clarified and expanded the information concerning thier breath weapons.
Also opened up the “Art Gallery” link on the NewGen Mainpage.
NewGen Peek August 21st, 2005
Here is a sneak peek of what I’ve accomplished so far with the “Final” version of the NewGenesis site. Note the clickable graphic buttons/plates and the Image Map used for the main navigation bar on the left side.
It’s slowly, but surely, coming together. Thanks Daystrom!
