Unfortunately, my D&D campaign, like so many others, has been preempted by World of Warcraft.
I hate that i have this incredible website that you and b33j worked so hard on and that i don't have time right now to give it my full attention. Trust me, if i could, i would spend all day just writing out all of my ideas and content for it. i would MUCH rather be doing that that writing code for a living.
Between working late every day, trying to get excercise, getting something to eat and basic house upkeep, i don't have a lot of time in the evening to learn flash, 3d modeling or advanced photoshop techniques. I know all of those things are easy, simple, quick things for others to do that take a minimal amount of effort, but i am not nearly so talented.

But...I wasn't asking you, I was asking B33J. All we need to wrap this thing up is the flash header, and even though we all expressed an interest in finishing, nothing's happened. I'm disappointed, is all. I worked to try and deliver on what you envisioned for your site, and contributed in my area of expertise.
The content can come at any point, as far as I'm concerned.

What Scott said.. i'd be giving you the same answer every time you asked.
I've been caught up with my bass guitar practicing and general zombie-ism after work. I don't have the patience to model the castle or begin to learn flash stuff after work cause i'm tired and just want immediate gratification.
I ain't a hard worker like some people.

That's fine, I just hadn't heard anything for like two weeks. Do we want to contract the Flash work then? Or just put the project on hold again? I know I got plenty other stuff to work on myself.

Hmm.. i'll have to look at my notes again. at least one flash area, possibly a second, smaller, simpler one, too.
I'll also have to scan or create the graphics that i want animated.

I had a thought. We could fake it sort of...have a static image for the background, and use the Flash slide show script I used in the City of Ringgold site to dissolve the graphics in the semicircle. If B33J can render a background, and you can scan/draw what you want to fade in and out, we could probably pull it off.

Russ, you do understand that it takes time to create the things you're discussing, right?
And, I, at least, don't work on these sorts of things as a matter of course throughout my day. I lack the software, the experience and the time to just conjure up these things.
Your ideas are flawless, but I am unable to fulfill them as speedily as you seem to think i should.
I have a few days off this week. perhaps i'll be able to look into it all a bit deeper.
Don't be surprised if i give you a call sometime soon!

All I'm looking for is a little feedback, four days went by and I heard nothing.
Again, it's okay if you guys are busy and want to put this project on hold for a while...then I can forget about it. But you had expressed an interest in seeing this thing through, and I'm trying my best but I feel like I'm letting you down, or totally misreading what you guys are saying.

I'd love to have this done, too... but I haven't had the time to work on it for any length of time in the last few weeks. Trust me, i understand that the only hold up is on MY end!
As i said, i have some days off this week. I'll be looking into it and, more than likely, calling you. I need to start planning my next trip up there, anyways!
