I second that. No offense, but it looks like shit. If you need help cropping it, etc., send it to me and let me see if I can do anything with it. I will look around for that pic and see if I can make you a better one. Trying to get a cool 100x100 avatar that meets all of this site's requirements can be pretty tricky. Not your fault.
PS: Found your pic and cropped it. I have two versions. One just cropped and one I photo shopped a little. I also have a pretty decent source photo that is not blurry at all. When you save the file to a JPEG you always lose a bit of clarity, but I saved as much as I could. I will send these to Russ and if you send me your e-mail address in a private message, I'll send them for you to review as well.

If it accepts the upload but you dont see any immediate change, try clearing out the history and cookies, et al, then signing back in again. Sometimes when I change my avatar my computers wont load the new one in till I do that.
