Defiled is listed at 30 ft. Is that 30 feet per turn? I thought we could only move 20 ft. I are teh confused.

Medium characters move at a standard 30 ft (6 squares) per combat round.
Wearing heavier armor slows you down a bit and can reduce that to 20 feet.
In addition, Small characters, such as Golden Gnomes, move slightly slower and move at 20 ft per combat round as standard.

Hey Cin!!!
What do regular undead (zobies, skeletons, etc.) move at? 30 Ft. I guess?
Her question just made me think that if Defiled are somewhat related to undead. then there movement speed would be less than normal. I just have a memory of zombies not having a normal movment speed.

OK...
In regards to "they only get partial actions each round. move OR attack" how do Defiled differ from undead? Do they pocess more strenght or dex? Or is it the spark that makes them different?

Well, the Defiled are aren't mindless, shambling undead that can barely control their limbs. Zombies are simpl fodder. The Defiled are comparable in almost everyway to the living races.
Keep in mind, Zombies are the only undead (off of the top of my pointy head) that have the 'partial action' trait. Even skeletons move and attack as PCs do.
