Their ideas on improved security seem to have merit.
Does it record your browsing for "improved" performance? Does it report back to google with your browsing habits?

I am not a fan of "tab" browsing. I prefer opening multiple windows if I want to look at different stuff, but I guess I am just behind on the times or something.

Chromium is an open source project, so if it were spyware someone would have discovered it by now.

Tried it at work today. I like it, except for the most visited squares. The last thing I want at work is for the boss to see that i visit manateesex.com more than our own company web page.

Oh and the fix for Vista users was:
Right click on the google chrome app in your Start \All Programs menu. Go to Properties. Add to the end of the target:
<space>--no-sandbox

It crashes on me somewhat frequently. Especially on java heavy pages.
