Tried a new soup today - Anne Chun's Miso Soup.
http://www.amazon.com/Annie-Chuns-Noodl … B000E123IC
It's great. Costs about $3, big bowl, plenty filling. The noodles are vacuum packed in a little baggies and they're soft! Not fried or crunchy like ramen! Two separate packages, one with miso paste, one with tofu, scallions, and spinach.
Nutrition facts look pretty good too. Not too high on calories, fat, or salt. Ingrediants look more natural than most prepackaged foods.
Still not as good as restauraunt quality miso, but for something quick and cheap to eat at work it's not bad at all.

Found all 4 varieties at target. The Hot and Sour is actually better than almost every bowl I've ever gotten from a restaurant.

I guess I need to check this out if you can get it at Target. I don't think I have ever seen this. But then again, I normally don't buy any soup that is not in a can. Amy's Organic Tomato Soup is the last soup I bought and it was the best tomato soup I have ever put in my mouth.
