The wielder can gain a +5 Charisma boost for 10 seconds when the command word (the weapons name) is shouted. However, after the the Charisma boost ends a -5 intelligence penalty is suffered until the wielder can get at least 12 hours sleep. Yeah boy, sometimes all you need is a quick boost of charm to convince someone you're great!
