This will be my new car: 2010 Dodge Challenger R/T J Package

There are three types... the basic SE, the R/T and the holy shit SRT8. I'm upgrading to the R/T because its the first one that has a manual transmission available. and, goddammit, a sports car deserves a manual.
Just got off the phone at the Dealership in Folsom, CA (near my apartment)... they're going to find a Black R/T with a stick and trade it to their dealership so they'll have one when i get there.
I can honestly say that i have not lusted after a car like this since i was a young teen and saw my first 3000GT!
Lauren has threatened to learn to drive stick.

You're getting a big boy job now, so you really need to be thinking about a more responsible vehicle. Might I suggest a PT Cruiser or a Kia Sedona?
Seriously though, that car is Sex, and a suitable heir to the throne currently occupied by the wise and aged 3000GT.
Muscle cars have really brought their A-game the last few years. The Mustang, Camaro, and Challenger are some exceedingly nice looking horseless carriages.

Craig is selling his mustang (the testosterone coming offa this car is palpable) if you're interested in getting one before you leave....

last time i checked, a Mustang is not a Challenger.
Nope. However I didn't want to NOT mention it and then mention it too late and it become a thing...ya know?

i getcha.
Mustangs are just so common. i love the new 2010 body style, though. very badass. also, they still have that great distinctive throaty growl.
That said, the Challenger just has that LOOK about it. slick, uncomplicated, yet powerful. a perfect blend of the classic style with new lines. crap.... got a woody again.

Here's MY baby!

i got the Dealership maintenance package and the paint/interior care package.
with the paint/interior package, i get $2000 worth of MOPAR parts to have installed, free of charge. fuckn great deal, if you ask me. I've already picked out some neat things, like a custom cold air intake, speaker upgrades, a Garmin GPS, and a real chrome fuel cover.
this thing has a lot more ass behind it than i im used to, but every day i drive it, it becomes more natural. its a heavy, powerful car, but it feels light and very responsive.

Shiny! SO shiny in fact I thought the painted line for parking was some sort of odd racing stripe at the bottom...yeah, I need some rest.

So beautiful. Just think of all the pussy you'll be able to.... oh wait.
Maybe you should have gotten a Kia Sedona instead.

Congrats! I have a tip for keeping your alloys clean, look for some Armor All Wheel Protectant at the auto parts store. It's basically like spray-on teflon and it keeps dirt and brake dust and road grime from sticking.
