GI Joe Renegades
I like it. Well done show on the Hub (new Hasbro + Discovery channel). Watched 4-5 30 min episodes tonight. Enjoyed seeing new versions of old classics. In addition to the normal cast, it was nice to see lady jay, mindbender, flint, major bludd, storm shadow, and jinx, but no destro, full cobra commander, or zartan yet. Came on Thur nights for a but, but I think it is now on Saturday at 3?

Did you happen to see the mature-ish GI Joe mini-series that came out a few years ago? It was great.

Yeah, the other one was good too. The 5 part one or whatever that killed off all kinds of characters. Collin passed that along. I think it was online only or something. GI Joe Resolute? It was pretty bad ass. That one was dark and gritty.
This one isn't grim or anything, but it does take a more realistic approach to GI Joe and is even integrating things from the movie. MARS industries and some other stuff has already been referenced. Nice little tie-ins.
Hope you can find the Hub on your TV. Seems that Cox in my area does not have Hub HD, but the standard Hub looks ok. Same channel that the new Transformers Prime is on. Gotta watch that next when I have some free time and see how it came out.
