Seems that Dexter has married the cute girl that plays his sister on the show.
I love that. They make such a good team on screen. That show is awesome. My cousin burned season 1 and 2 for me. As soon as season 3 is on Blu-ray, I am SO going to snatch it up. Check it out. I guess Dexter got his start as a gay mortician on HBO show Six Feet Under. I have that on my shelf and just haven't had time to watch it. I think Dwight from The Office was on that show too. Can't wait.

It takes place after season one. Keep in mind the ending of the first book and season one are totally different.

One of the best shows on TV? Maybe 2-3 seasons ago.
Season 5 was awful. I wanted to kill Lumen 100 times over every episode.
Michael C Hall is a FANTASTIC actor, and watching him be Dexter is great, but the larger arc's they put him in are silly and stupid. Deb letting them just walk away was some of the laziest writing I have ever seen.
Will I watch the show? Yes, I still have 'faith' that it can be a good show, but the writers need to stop being lazy with character development. Just taking a guess this season looks like it will have a heavy religious/cult overtone, and I'm worried that (just judging from the editing) the bald black guy is supposed to be either a Dexter Parallel or some Master Serial Killer Hunter.
P.S.
Have you guys finished reading the books and if so what is your opinion of them? I've read all but Dexter is Delicious... I'm not sure my mind has recovered enough for it yet.
