I dont even use it for marinating. ive been putting it on french fries and chicken nuggets and corn dogs and pulled pork....

Ditto.  Used to only be able to find that in TN.  When I first moved to VA, I checked all the grocery stores looking for it.  Finally found it for like $5 or $6 at Harris Teeter.  Since then, you can find it at a few other places around here, but still a rare find around DC.  So good though.

I will definitely check out Collin's suggestion though.  big_smile

So, I like it.  It just seems too thick to marinate chicken properly.  Dale sauce is easily absorbed by the chicken because it is a pretty thin liquid.  This caribbean stuff is a thick sauce, like a caribbean bbq sauce, so it didn't seem to take real well on first try.  I guess the only thing to do is try again.  wink  Thanks for the heads up on this Collin.  Nice.
